Born in Sverdlovsk. Graduated from the Institute of Practical Oriental Studies, his research topic being “The socio-economic aspects of the film industry in India”. He then did a masters degree at the economics faculty of Moscow State University, the subject of his research being “The history of administrative concepts in the production of services (with the film industry taken as an example)”.
Produced the live broadcast “Miracle of the Convergence of the Blessed Fire” (NTV national television channel, 2003). In 2003, organized the “Film in a Dialogue of Civilizations” program in the DTs World Social Forum on the island of Rhodes. In 2003, founded the Andreyevsky Flag Film Company. At present manages the activities of the company.
